How to order?

Shopping with our brokerage service is extremely easy. Choose the products you want in the US online stores, fill out the inquiry form and we will give you an offer with the final price of the product with delivery to you.You can also use the option of quick shopping - choose the item(s) from the catalog (Quick Shopping) and after entering the necessary data, immediately see the final price with all taxes and shipping

Delivery time

Goods ordered from the USA are shipped by plane or ship.

Delivery takes place in three stages:

1. Store delivery to the US warehouse:

• Amazon and major retailers: 1-4 days

• Other stores / brand stores: 3-7 days.

2. Shipping from the US:

• Shipments from the US are shipped once a week - on Fridays

Airline shipment: ~ 5-10 business days

Shipment by ship: ~ 6-8 weeks

3. Delivery to a parcel machine ~ 2-4 days.

Average total delivery time by air: ~ 2-3 weeks

Average total delivery time by ship: ~ 7-9 weeks.

Important: During holidays or due to customs checks, delivery may take longer.

Order return

You can return your order, but the specific return conditions vary between sellers, so if you are considering this option, please check in advance what return conditions the seller has agreed. There are no refundable costs associated with the return (brokerage fee, shipping to Amerishop warehouse in the USA, shipping from Amerishop warehouse to buyer). WHAT IS VPN?

Not all online shops in the US provide access to their content. Some stores only allow customers browsing from the US to see their products and prices. The VPN app allows you to browse US online stores by virtually changing your geographical location, in this case to the US. HOW TO CALCULATE THE FINAL PRICE?

The final price includes:

Product price + sales tax + AMERISHOP service charge + local delivery in the USA + international shipping + local delivery in your country.

Important: the price of the proposal you submit is in US dollars. At the time of order confirmation (payment), the price will be debited from your account in Euros, converted at the dollar rate of that day.

WHAT IS SALES TAX?

Sales Tax is a value-added tax in the US. These taxes vary depending on the stores and the states in which they operate.

WHAT IS THE AMERISHOP SERVICE FEE?

AMERISHOP charges a 15% service fee, calculated on the product price before U.S. Sales Tax.

For orders below $47, a minimum fee of $7 applies

WHAT IS LOCAL DELIVERY IN THE USA?

Different shops charge different (or no) delivery charges in the US.

WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE?

SHIPPING OF GOODS BY PLANE - $7.00 / 0.5kg

SHIPPING OF GOODS BY SHIP- $4.50 / 0.5 kg

Minimum weight 0.5 kg.

Important: To reduce the cost of international shipping, in some cases we send goods out of their original packaging (thus reducing the volume and weight of the goods).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK?

Cancellation of an order is possible if the item is not yet ready for shipment. To cancel an order, you must check your order status on the Amerishop website and contact us by email returns@amerishop.eu. If you decide to cancel your order, a cancellation fee will apply.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH AMERISHOP?

An account is not required to shop on our platform.
